When quoting scripture, punctuation counts.
“Allah has promised the hypocrites men and women, and the rejecters, of Faith, the fire of Hell” (Al Qur’an 9:68)The first part says that Allah has promised to give men and women to the hypocrites. The second part is grammatically nonsense.
